What a certified flagger covers

A traffic control person's job is to keep your crew and the public safe while your work happens. That means positioning correctly around the work zone, using proper hand signals and paddles, staying alert to driver behaviour, and coordinating with the rest of the crew when the job changes shape mid-shift.
