King Township's rural roads and heritage village streets, Schomberg, King City and Nobleton, call for careful signage on narrower roads with lower sightlines. We plan closures with that in mind, not a suburban template stretched to fit.
Highway 9 runs directly through Schomberg, and King Road and Jane Street carry most of the north-south traffic through the township. Village-centre work in Schomberg or King City often means tighter working space and more pedestrian consideration than an open rural stretch.
All six of our core services are available here: certified flaggers, lane closures and permits, traffic control plans, temporary signals and signage, night and winter work zones, and event closures.
